The Carter Malone Group (CMG) is an award-winning public relations, marketing, advertising and government relations firm with more than two decades of experience helping organizations communicate with purpose and impact. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Memphis, with an office in Jackson, Mississippi, CMG develops integrated communications strategies that help organizations build visibility, strengthen reputations, engage audiences and move important ideas forward.

Our work spans industries and audiences, from corporations, government agencies and educational institutions to nonprofits, healthcare organizations, community initiatives and cultural events. We bring together strategic thinking, creative storytelling and hands-on execution to meet each client’s unique communications challenges and goals.

We believe the best work comes from strong partnerships, a deep understanding of our clients and their audiences, and a willingness to bring fresh thinking to every challenge. More than two decades later, that approach continues to shape how we work and the relationships we build.
